EMAlingua ("we", "us") is a language services provider based in Cairo, Egypt, operating the website emalingua.com. You can reach us at contact@emalingua.com.
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of your project. We do not collect any information you do not choose to share with us.
We do not sell your personal information, use it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our website host) and delivered to our business email. Project files you share with us are handled under strict confidentiality — non-disclosure agreements are available on request and are standard practice for all client work.
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our business relationship plus any period required by law.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@emalingua.com and we will respond promptly.
This website does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party advertising or analytics scripts. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log standard technical data (such as your IP address) when your browser requests them.
